FEC Fix broken and warnings on MXC.
-use the fec_platform_data structure of kernel fec.h, remove
the redefinion from mach/mxc.h
-use dsv_phy_done completion to make sure fec clk not disabled
during phy discovery operation.

Enable the ssp mmc port0~1, the set_rate, set_parent
to refio.0 clock, and the HighSpeed mode, SD up to
4bits and 50MHz, MMC up to 8bits and 52MHz.
Resolved the urgly IO bench and some cards
unrecognization issues.
The root cause is the clk unit of clock should
be Hz, but not the KHz

This patch make tve primary display work for both imx51_bbg and imx37_3stack.
For imx51_bbg, add "hdtv=2" to cmdline, for imx37_3stack, add "tv" to
cmdline.

Rework early uart to pass in uart base and clock ptr from board.
Now early console for ttymxc is always enabled and mxcuart console
is not needed.
Add fix work-around u-boot illegal uart setup. uboot sets fifo
trigger levels to reserved values which breaks early uart console.
Use TXFE instead of TRDY.

In order to add IRAM to the USB Gadget driver, there are 2 kconfig
options to enable. One kconfig option was for USB host and the other
was for Gadget. The current SW required both kconfig to be
enable which is confusing. Also need to add iram_alloc function in
the Gadget driver.

Clean-up USB related Kconfigs. Remove the transceiver selections as this
is defined by the chip/board and is selected in platform data.
Use usb device resources defined in devices.c and fix resource sharing.
Use common otg transceiver functions.
Remove unnecessary OTG ifdefs.

1. Add "hdtv=2' to boot cmdline. HDTV should be primary display device.
2. Color key need be convert to YUV format when output is YUV, to
correct the convertion function, negative coefficents of RGB2YUV CSC
matrix could not use complement number.

Add touchscreen calibration support and the BTN_TOUCH.
The calibration algorithm is from Carlos E. Vidales.
and the calibration data is passed to driver by module param.
This driver passes test on ubuntu and android.

As CSI->MEM channel keeps on writing the buffer which is set to
ready latestly and raising up end of frame interrupts, the current
v4l2 capture realization mechanism is not appropriate for this channel.
This patch will update the idmac buffer to a dummy buffer whenever
there is no buffers queued by the user.

To preview with V4L2 overlay and capture at the same time may fail.
This patch implements workaround for this issue by enabling CSI after
PRP channels are setup.

There is a short show of previous played frame if not fill black color
to display fb.
Because fb device will unblank ahead of real data come.
